The pictures are darling!!! I especially love the one of lil' Sylvie!!! Too cute! I am so sorry to hear of your neighbor trouble! That stinks. My parents used to have really loud neighbors when I lived at home, and they would throw really LOUD partys all night long, and so, the next morning, really early, We would blare our music, to wake them up! Not very nice, I know...but fun!
